1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts concluded between Love Store GmbH (hereinafter "Love Store") and consumers or entrepreneurs (hereinafter "Customer") for the purchase of goods offered on the Love Store website.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products on our website constitutes a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the "Complete Order" button, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in your shopping cart.

We will confirm receipt of your order immediately by email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. We may accept your offer by sending a separate order confirmation or by shipping the goods within 2 working days.

If payment is made in advance, the contract is concluded when we provide our bank details. If payment is made by credit card or other payment methods, the contract is concluded at the time of payment authorization.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices quoted include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) applicable in Germany. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the ordering process and will be added to the total price.

We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Bank Transfer, Crypto (USDT), and other methods displayed at checkout.

For bank transfers, payment must be received within 7 days. For credit card payments, the amount is reserved upon order confirmation and charged upon shipment.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging. Delivery times vary by shipping method and destination country.

Free shipping is available for orders over €100 within Germany and €150 for international orders.

Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon handover to the shipping carrier. We are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery (e.g., intimate products). The goods must be returned in their original packaging.

If the withdrawal is exercised properly, we will reimburse all payments received from you within 14 days from the day we receive the withdrawal notice.

6. Warranty and Liability

We provide a 24-month warranty for defects in accordance with statutory provisions. If the delivered goods are defective, you have the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement) or withdrawal from the contract.

Our liability for slight negligence is excluded. This does not apply to injuries to life, body, or health, or to guarantees.

7. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations. Detailed information can be found in §3 below.

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These AGB and all legal relationships between the parties are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

For consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. For entrepreneurs, the place of jurisdiction is Bochum, Germany.
