HYGIENE PRODUCTS - NO RETURNS
For health and hygiene reasons, intimate items with opened packaging or broken seals CANNOT be returned or refunded.

General Return Policy
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all seals intact.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back to us.
- Once received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
